Feeding Day

Sunday School

Sunday School Department: Since it was their first practice, they do not have the real props yet and used plates instead of tambourine. This is a preparation for the upcoming Sunday School celebration this coming December. Special thanks to the teachers and choreographers. :)

Bowl Of Joy

This girl caught my attention, she's just like the other children that Sunday afternoon except that she was wearing a dirty and ragged dress. Some said that she has been deserted by her mother, while others said that her mother is already dead.

It's always our joy to serve the Lord even through little ways. We had our feeding day at GFCC Barretto. Our aim is to feed the children and share them the goodness of God. That even on their young age they'll learn and be planted with knowledge about love and an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. It's our constant prayer that God will send us more people with good hearts to help us run this feeding ministry.

The Harvest

He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.

Worry Not

Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith! And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them.
Luke 12:27-30

Blessed Hope

Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.
1 Peter 3:15

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

Until the day breaks and the shadows flee, I will go to the mountain of myrrh and to the hill of incense. All beautiful you are, my darling; there is no flaw in you.

Conclusion Of The Matter

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.

Vanity

Remember Him—before the silver cord is severed, or the golden bowl is broken; before the pitcher is shattered at the spring, or the wheel broken at the well, and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it. "Meaningless! Meaningless!" says the Teacher. "Everything is meaningless!"
