Walk With You

Growing up is a plan of God. The body needs more than milk-- so does the soul. Many feel the cry of God in their hearts but have no idea how to respond. They've been with the Lord for years yet have never grown up with Him. Never accepted the meat of the Word. They've always on milk, and always weak. The meat of the Word removes confusion when you yield to God in perfect trust. After a baby has been fed milk long enough, it's time for that one TO WALK. They need the strength to of solid food for them to walk the path God wants them to walk. God made paths that would take strength, His strength, paths that are beyond man and woman to walk on their own. Jesus came to bring that strength, that SOLID FOOD OF TRUST. It's ours to dine on if we really want it. In the baby stage of Salvation, the milk is sufficient because minds are filled with joy, peace and contentment. Excited over experiencing the JESUS LIFE, the things of God, the new convert is caught in heavenly place- ALL IS BEAUTIFUL. But then they must grow up. Start walking into the deepness of God. The Lord completely looks after each new convert who comes into the Kingdom, seeing that one receives milk, but that is meant to last only a SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. Those who refuse the meat of the Word and taking only the milk over and over never really learn to walk. They're lack of strength to stand. The overcoming power and greatness of God do not operate through them. Unhappy, bond with fear and despair. They don't use the meat of the Word for the spiritual body. NO ONE IS TO CONTINUE WITH MILK stage year after year. God gives great care to babies in Him but He intends for them to GROW UP, RISE UP AND DECIDE that milk was fine for you when you were a newborn baby but now it's time to grow up and start eating the meat. God doesn't want to carry us when we are fully capable of walking, when we are so big our feet would drag on the ground, when we can walk with God. You are to get help when you need it but don't be a baby about it all the days of your life. You'll have to grow up if you are going to do BATTLE FOR GOD. Strong meat belongs to that are full of age, Child of God is meant to come to the FULL AGE IN THE LORD. Get rid of the "bottle", stand up with the adults and BE COUNTED!

Feeding

I Will Be With You

When you go through deep waters,
I will be with you.
When you go through rivers of difficulty,
you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up;
the flames will not consume you.
Isaiah 43:2

Hope

For I know the plans I have for you,"
says the Lord.
"They are plans for good and not for disaster,
to give you a future and a hope."
Jeremiah 29:11

Trust In God

Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in Me.
In My Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so,
I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you,
I will come back and take you to be with Me
that you also may be where I am.
John 14:2-3

Worry

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life,
what you will eat or drink; or about your body,
what you will wear. Is not life more important than food,
and the body more important than clothes?
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,
and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Are you not much more valuable than they?
Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
"And why do you worry about clothes?
See how the lilies of the field grow.
They do not labor or spin.
Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor
was dressed like one of these.
If that is how God clothes the grass of the field,
which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire,
will he not much more clothe you,
O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying,
'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?'
or 'What shall we wear?'
For the pagans run after all these things,
and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness,
and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow,
for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:25-34

Obedience

And this is love, that we walk
according to His commandments.
This is the commandment,
just as you have heard from the beginning,
that you should walk in it.

Jerusalem As An Adulterous Wife

Later I passed by, and when I looked at you
and saw that you were old enough for love,
I spread the corner of my garment over you
and covered your naked body.
I gave you my solemn oath
and entered into a covenant with you,
declares the Sovereign LORD,
and you became mine.
I bathed you with water and washed the blood from you
and put ointments on you.
I clothed you with an embroidered dress
and put sandals of fine leather on you.
I dressed you in fine linen
and covered you with costly garments.
I adorned you with jewelry:
I put bracelets on your arms
and a necklace around your neck,
and I put a ring on your nose,
earrings on your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.
So you were adorned with gold and silver;
your clothes were of fine linen
and costly fabric and embroidered cloth.
Your food was honey, olive oil and the finest flour.
You became very beautiful
and rose to be a queen.
And your fame spread among the nations
on account of your beauty,
because the splendor I had given you
made your beauty perfect,
declares the Sovereign LORD.
Ezekiel 16: 8-14

God's Love Is Too Strong

How shall I give thee up, Ephraim?
How shall I deliver thee, Israel?
How shall I make thee as Admah?
How shall I set thee as Zeboim?
Mine heart is turned within me,
My repentings are kindled together.
I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger,
I will not return to destroy Ephraim:
for I am God, and not man;
the Holy One in the midst of thee:
and I will not enter into the city.
Hosea 11: 8-9

From God, By Faith

But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ.
Yet indeed I also count all things loss
for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord,
for whom I have suffered the loss of all things,
and count them as rubbish,
that I may gain Christ and be found in Him,
not having my own righteousness,
which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ,
the righteousness which is from God by faith.
Philippians 3:7-9
